BD Diesel Transmission - 2005-2007 Ford 5R110 4wd

If you're pushing your 2005-2007 Ford E-350 Super Duty beyond its stock capabilities, especially with a 4WD setup, the factory transmission might be holding you back. This BD Diesel Stage 4 transmission is built to handle significantly more power and torque, increasing the durability of your drivetrain. It's designed to handle up to 300% more power than the original unit, making it a solid choice for modified trucks or those that regularly tow heavy loads.

BD Diesel has reinforced key areas to ensure longevity. You'll find an increased number of clutches in several gear sets, including 5 in the Intermediate and Overdrive positions (a 67% increase over stock) and 6 in the Low Reverse position. They've also replaced the plastic pressure plugs in the valve body with aluminum ones and added a heavy-duty snap ring with a blow-off valve to prevent runaway pressure from damaging the case. This transmission also comes with a BD aluminum HD deep pan, which adds 6 quarts of oil capacity, helping to keep temperatures down during demanding use. An upgraded sump filter and reworked front pump are also part of the package.

This transmission is dyno tested before it leaves BD Diesel, ensuring it's ready to go. It comes with a 36-month or 150,000-mile limited warranty for peace of mind.
