BD Diesel Transmission Kit - 2019-2022 Dodge 68RFE 4WD Stage 4 w/ ProForce Converter

This kit addresses common weak points in the stock 68RFE transmission. It features BD's durable QT100 pressure plates, which allow for increased clutch counts and reduce deflection. A steel girdle is added to the 2C piston to accommodate more clutches, and the overdrive clutches see a 33% increase, with a similar boost for the 2C clutches. The valve body gets a custom bonded gasket separator plate to increase line pressure and prevent internal leaks, and a new solenoid pack is installed. The front cover is upgraded to a billet forged design with thicker walls and stronger mounting pads for added strength.

The ProForce converter is designed for improved fluid coupling efficiency with its heavily brazed turbine fins and a custom big stack overdrive shaft. It offers enhanced stall for better initial response compared to the stock converter, making it great for street driving and towing. This kit is rated for up to 550 horsepower at the flywheel. Remember that special tuning is required for 2019-up applications to manage the increased line pressure; a line pressure controller is not included.
