Starting with the billet input shaft, this BD Diesel transmission package is built to handle the 'snap' from rapid throttle changes and high horsepower common in modified diesel trucks. The stock thrust bushings are replaced with roller Torrington bearings, and the intermediate shaft is drilled for improved lubrication, all contributing to greater drivetrain durability. This isn't just a rebuilt transmission; it's a complete overhaul designed to stand up to demanding use.

The valve body has been significantly upgraded, featuring an increased line pressure to 190-200 psi and a modified manual valve that ensures proper lube in all gear positions, eliminating shuttle shifting issues. You'll find a high-temperature, high-energy Raybestos band, along with billet band levers and struts for added strength. The transmission also includes a rigid aluminum heavy-duty pan that adds an extra 2 quarts of oil capacity and features heat-dissipating fins to keep temperatures down, further protecting your investment. A magnetic drain plug is also integrated into the pan.

The included torque converter is a matched set, dyno-tested with the transmission for optimal performance and reliability.
