BMR compresses every spring solid, twice, at the factory to give it a permanent set and prevent sagging over time. They're also stress-relieved at 750 degrees F and shot-peened to eliminate residual stresses from the winding process, a step many manufacturers skip. Each spring is then computer tested under load to verify its force at various lengths, ensuring consistent performance.
