Camburg is known for making tough parts for off-road racing. This 2.50"/3.25" Rear 4340HT Drive Plate is a prime example, built to handle the demands of their 3.25 TT rear race hubs.
These drive plates are CNC machined right in Camburg's shop from 4340 chromoly steel. After machining, they're heat-treated and stress-relieved for improved strength, then given an electroless nickel plating to resist corrosion. Camburg also precision broaches the axle splines for a tight, secure fit, which is important for keeping everything running smoothly under load. This particular plate has a 6 on 6.5 inch bolt pattern and 40 splines, designed for full float axle shafts.
