CSF 2019+ Lamborghini Urus / 2020+ Audi RS Q8 / SQ8 / SQ7 High Performance Intercooler System- Black

If you're looking to get the most out of your high-performance SUV, like the 2019-2025 Porsche Cayenne, 2020-2025 Audi RS Q8, or 2019-2022, 2024-2025 Lamborghini Urus, this CSF intercooler system is a serious upgrade. These aren't your typical intercoolers; they're built with custom cores from PWR, the same folks who supply Formula-1 teams. These cores use a two-row design with rolled tubes and inner fins, which CSF says is much more efficient at cooling than standard bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin setups. This means they can really cut down on heat soak, keeping your intake air temperatures lower for longer, especially when you're pushing the vehicle hard or have added more power through tuning and upgrades.

What's really neat is how CSF integrated the charge pipe directly into the top tank with a one-piece welded aluminum pipe. This replaces the factory plastic part, which has been known to fail and cause boost leaks, leading to check engine lights. The end tanks are also a big step up – they're CNC machined from billet aluminum and TIG welded, making them much stronger and more durable than the OEM crimped plastic tanks. This means they can handle the higher boost pressures that come with performance tunes and upgraded turbochargers. Plus, they're designed to fit just like the factory intercoolers, using all the original mounting points, so installation is straightforward without needing any cutting or extra parts.

This kit is sold as a pair, one for each side, and comes finished in CSF's Thermal Black Heat Dispersion coating to help manage heat even better. It even includes a port for water-methanol injection if you decide to go that route down the line. CSF teamed up with Pacific German, a well-known VAG specialist, to develop and test these intercoolers on their own Lamborghini Urus, so you know they've been put through their paces.
