CSF 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla/2020+ GR Yaris High Performance Stepped Core Intercooler System - Black

If you're pushing your 2023-2025 Toyota GR Corolla hard, especially on track or during spirited drives, managing intake air temperatures is key to keeping that engine running strong. The factory intercooler does a decent job for daily driving, but it can quickly reach its limit under sustained performance conditions, leading to heat soak and reduced power. This CSF High Performance Intercooler System is designed to significantly improve your GR Corolla's ability to cool the air charge, even when you're really working the engine.

CSF worked with World Motorsports and MotoIQ to test this intercooler, and the results show a big difference. In testing, the factory intercooler started heat soaking after about three performance pulls, but the CSF unit took twice as long to show heat soak. Even when it did heat soak, the charge air temperatures stayed about 60ºF cooler than the stock unit. This means your engine gets cooler, denser air, which helps maintain consistent power output and can even lower intake air temperatures to just a few degrees above ambient. The core itself is a high-performance tube and fin design, chosen for its cooling efficiency and lighter weight compared to bar-and-plate types. This stepped core design gives it 45% more volume and 73% more surface area than the stock intercooler, all while fitting in the factory location.

This kit comes with everything you need for a robust installation. It includes motorsport-grade hoses and clamps that are built to handle high boost pressures. The hoses step up from the factory's 1.85-inch diameter to a larger 2.5-inch diameter to match the intercooler's increased flow capacity. The end tanks are TIG-welded cast aluminum, which adds significant strength and durability over the stock plastic, crimped tanks. While it's designed as a direct fit, you will need to trim the factory air ducting to properly guide air into the stepped upper portion of the core. This intercooler is available in a stealthy black finish to blend in behind the grille.
