CSF 2019+ Lamborghini Urus / 2020+ Audi RS Q8 / SQ8 / SQ7 High Performance Intercooler System- Raw

This is the CSF by PWR Twin Intercooler Set, designed for high-performance vehicles like the Lamborghini Urus, Audi RS Q8, and Porsche Cayenne. What you get in this kit are the left and right intercoolers, featuring advanced Formula-1 performance grade cores built by PWR. These cores use a two-row design with rolled tubes and inner fins, which CSF specifies to be the most efficient design available. This setup is built to get rid of heat soak and keep your intake air temperatures (IATs) much lower than stock, especially when you're pushing your vehicle hard or have added power through tuning and modifications.

CSF has integrated the charge pipe directly into the top tank with a one-piece aluminum welded pipe, replacing the factory plastic part that's known to be a weak point. This welded design, sealed with an O-ring, is much stronger and less prone to boost leaks that can happen with the stock setup. The end tanks are CNC machined from billet aluminum and are 100% TIG welded, making them incredibly strong and durable, ready to handle the higher boost pressures that come with performance tunes and upgraded turbochargers. The design is a true drop-in fit, using all the factory mounting points so installation is straightforward without needing any cutting or modifications. You can even reuse your original hoses and shrouds.

This specific kit, the CSF #8211R, comes in a raw billet aluminum finish, which looks great as is or can be a perfect base for custom finishes. There's also an integrated 1/8th NPT port on the lower outlet tank, ready for a water-methanol injection setup if you decide to go that route. These intercoolers were developed and tested in partnership with Pacific German, a well-known VAG specialist shop, ensuring they perform as expected under demanding conditions.
