CSF 2025+ BMW G90 M5 / G99 M5 Touring Charge Air Cooler

CSF is well-known for their robust cooling solutions, especially for high-performance BMWs. Building on their success with previous M5 generations, they've developed a charge-air cooler kit specifically for the 2025 BMW G90 M5 and G99 M5 Touring. This part is crucial for keeping your engine running cool and strong, especially when you're pushing your M5 to its limits. It works by cooling the compressed air coming from the turbochargers before it enters the engine, which helps make more power and reduces the risk of engine knock.

This kit features intercooler cores that are nearly double the volume of the factory units, offering a significant increase in heat transfer capacity. CSF used CFD analysis and testing to design these cores for optimal performance and a precise fit. The weak, crimped plastic end tanks found on the OEM coolers have been replaced with CSF's own larger, 100% TIG-welded cast end tanks. These are integrated into a one-piece design that also incorporates the charge pipes, creating a much stronger system capable of handling higher boost pressures. The kit includes OEM-style quick-connect water connections and sensor ports for an easier installation process. Additionally, each cooler has dual 1/8 NPT ports on the outlet side, perfect for adding aftermarket methanol or nitrous injection systems directly into the charge-air stream.

This charge-air cooler set is designed as a direct fit for the 2025 BMW M5 and M5 Touring, though minor modifications may be needed for optimal fitment. It comes complete with both the left and right charge-air coolers and all necessary installation hardware. The coolers are finished with a professional crinkle black powder coat, but custom powder coating options are available.
