This CSF by PWR intercooler system is designed to replace your stock units, providing a significant upgrade for high-performance driving. The heart of this system is the Formula-1 grade intercooler core, a unique design featuring two rows of rolled cooling tubes with inner fins. This construction is far more efficient at dissipating heat than traditional bar-and-plate or tube-and-fin designs, which helps prevent heat soak and keeps your engine running cooler for longer periods. The end tanks are CNC machined from billet aluminum and are 100% TIG welded, making them much stronger than the OEM crimped cast aluminum tanks. CSF partnered with VAG specialists to develop this system, specifically addressing the heat soak issues that can cause the ECU to pull timing and reduce power on the C8 platform.
