These intercoolers utilize Formula-1 performance grade cores from PWR, featuring a 2-row design with rolled tubes and inner fins. This construction is significantly more efficient at dissipating heat than traditional bar-and-plate designs, directly combating heat soak and lowering intake air temperatures. The end tanks are CNC machined from billet aluminum and are 100% TIG-welded, offering a much stronger and more durable solution compared to the OEM crimped plastic tanks. The Thermal Black Heat Dispersion Cerakote finish further enhances cooling efficiency by dissipating heat about 15% faster than raw aluminum.
