CSF is known for making well-built cooling components, and they've partnered with PWR, a Formula 1 supplier, and Studio RSR, who know the S58 engine platform inside and out, to create this "Level-Up" Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold. If you're pushing your BMW M2, M3, M4, X3, or X4 with an S58 engine beyond stock power levels, especially with boost pressures over 27 psi, the factory intercooler can become a weak point. This manifold is built to handle extreme boost and keep your intake air temperatures down.

This manifold is machined from solid billet aluminum and TIG welded into a single piece, replacing the factory plastic end tanks that are prone to failure under high boost. It uses an F1-grade bar-and-plate core from PWR that's pressure tested to 120 psi, so you know it's strong. To help you make more power, it includes a top-feed port injection system with a fuel rail and block-off caps if you don't plan to use it. There are also individual ports on each runner for nitrous or methanol injection, giving you precise control. A special KIYLEX polymer spacer sits between the manifold and the cylinder head, insulating it from heat and further reducing intake air temperatures, which combats heat soak and improves overall efficiency.

The #8233B comes in a Thermal Black Heat Dispersion finish. It includes all the necessary brackets, hardware, and instructions for installation, along with provisions for wiring harnesses and sensors. You'll see reduced intake air temperatures and less pressure drop compared to the stock setup, allowing your S58 engine to perform at its best.
