Each core is hand-built using jigs and fixtures to ensure it's perfectly straight, which makes welding much easier when you're fabricating your custom intercooler. CSF builds these in a clean room environment, using gloves to ensure proper brazing and a clean surface for welding. They're also individually pressure tested at 120psi to confirm reliability, even in extreme boost applications.
