CSF builds these cores by hand in a clean room environment, using jigs and fixtures to ensure they are perfectly straight and ready for welding. They use a multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides of the core. This design is key to achieving the best possible heat transfer, which is crucial for keeping your intake air temperatures down. The cores are also batch brazed in CSF's digital vacuum brazing ovens and individually boxed to protect them during shipping.
