CSF Water/Air Bar & Plate Intercooler Core - 8.5in L x 4.5in H x 6in W

This CSF intercooler core features a multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design, which is key for maximizing heat transfer. It's built to handle up to 800 wheel horsepower, making it a solid choice for custom high-performance intercooler setups where efficient cooling is critical.

Each core is hand-built using jigs and fixtures to ensure it's perfectly straight, which makes future welding much easier. They're assembled in a clean room with gloves to ensure proper brazing and a clean surface. After assembly, every single core is individually pressure tested at 120psi to confirm its reliability under extreme boost conditions. The bar and plate construction is known for its durability and effectiveness in cooling boosted air.

This core measures 8.5 inches long, 4.5 inches high, and 6 inches wide. It's batch brazed in CSF's digital vacuum brazing ovens and comes individually boxed for secure transport.
