This damping material is made from a 2.5mm thick butyl rubber that's designed to bend and conform to all sorts of irregular shapes and tight curves where standard damping mats might not fit easily.
You can use it around tubing, pipes, inside wheel wells, or anywhere you need to reduce bothersome noise and vibration. The aggressive adhesive backing means it sticks firmly once you get it shaped, and it also adds a bit of cooling insulation. It's easy to cut to the exact size you need, and the pack comes with ten 12-inch by 12-inch squares, giving you a total of 10 square feet of material to work with.
