If you're looking to manage underhood temperatures, this DEI Exhaust Wrap Kit is a solid option. It includes everything you need to wrap a set of headers or motorcycle pipes, helping to keep heat contained within the exhaust system. This can lead to improved performance by keeping the intake charge cooler and also protect other components from radiant heat.

This kit features two 2-inch by 50-foot rolls of Black Titanium exhaust wrap. The material is designed to handle high temperatures and is durable for this type of application. You also get a selection of stainless steel locking ties – eight 4-inch and four 8-inch pieces – to secure the wrap in place. To make the job easier, a locking tie tool is included, which helps you tension and secure the ties properly. This kit is generally enough to wrap from the header flange all the way down to the collector on most V8 headers.

Keep in mind that exhaust wrap is a permanent installation once heat cycled, so choose your application carefully. It's also not recommended for titanium exhausts or catalytic converters, as it can trap too much heat and damage those components.
