DEI Fire Tape 1in x 36ft Roll - Self Vulcanizing Tape - Black

This 1-inch wide by 36-foot roll of DEI Fire Tape is made from a non-adhesive silicone rubber that self-bonds and cures to create a permanent air and liquid-tight seal. It's a versatile tool for many jobs around your vehicle, especially when dealing with heat or needing to protect wiring. Unlike vinyl tapes, this self-fusing material doesn't harden over time, remaining flexible even in extreme temperatures.

You can use Fire Tape to wrap wiring harnesses, cover electrical splices, or protect wire terminations. It's also great for sealing temporary leaks in hoses or pipes. Because it withstands 500°F direct continuous heat and resists corrosion and moisture, it's an excellent companion for DEI's Fire Sleeve and other protective sleeving products. The 700 psi tensile strength means it holds up well under pressure, and when you're done, it won't leave any sticky residue behind.
