DEI Heat Sheath 1-1/4in I.D. x 50ft Spool

This 50-foot spool of DEI Heat Sheath, with a 1-1/4 inch inside diameter, is made with a high-temperature fabric bonded to an aluminized material. This construction helps reflect radiant heat, keeping your vehicle's essential lines, hoses, and wires safe from damage. It's designed to slide over these components, offering protection against extreme heat, as well as chemical and oil spills, dirt, grease, and road grime.

The Heat Sheath is reinforced with aramid thread, which adds to its heat resistance, abrasion durability, and flame-retardant qualities, especially in high-temperature areas. It's built using 19 oz high-temperature glass fiber insulation with a durable aluminum outer layer. This material is pliable enough to handle tight bends and can withstand direct heat up to 500°F, and radiant heat up to 2000°F. You can easily trim it to the exact length you need for your specific application.

Installation is straightforward: unhook the line or hose, cut the Heat Sheath to the desired length, slide it on, and then reattach the line or hose.
