This is a DEI Wide Band clamp, designed to fit pipes ranging from 1.88 inches to 2.19 inches in diameter. It's made entirely from 300 series stainless steel, which means it's built to last and resist corrosion, keeping its good looks for a long time. You can even polish it to a show finish if you want your engine bay to really shine.
The main job of this clamp is to give a clean, smooth transition where exhaust wrap meets the pipe. It's extra wide to cover the end of the wrap, making the whole installation look much neater. While it's perfect for securing exhaust wrap, it also works well as a general exhaust pipe clamp.
