Starting with a maximum temperature rating of 1800°F, with a continuous rating of 1382°F, this DEI Titanium Knit Sleeve is built to handle serious heat. It's designed for larger exhaust pipes, and its pliable construction means it can expand up to 1.5 times its normal diameter. This makes it easy to install over flanges and sensor threads without needing to pre-wet it.
This 12-inch length of 4-inch diameter sleeve is perfect for protecting nearby components from radiant heat or keeping engine bay temperatures down, which can also help improve airflow. It’s also resistant to abrasions, oil spills, and vibration breakdown, giving you a solid option for a tough environment. The kit comes with two stainless steel locking ties and a tool to help you get a secure wrap.
