This DEI Titanium Turbo Shield T22 is designed to help manage the extreme heat generated by your turbocharger. You get the shield itself, which is made from titanium for superior heat resistance, and a 5-foot length of 22-gauge stainless steel wire for securing it. This shield acts as a strong thermal barrier, keeping damaging radiant heat away from sensitive components like painted or carbon fiber hoods, and it can help your turbo spool up faster by keeping more heat within the turbine housing.

The titanium construction means this shield can handle direct heat up to 1800°F and radiant heat up to 2500°F. It features hi-tech carbon fiber look outer layer with silica insulation underneath for added protection. The design includes riveted anchors to help secure the shield firmly in place, and double-reinforced seams inside and out to handle the high temperatures and pressures associated with performance turbo setups.
