These EBC Extra Duty front brake pads are built with a new carbon granule-based material that offers strong friction levels right from the first application, even when cold. Developed with race pedigree, this material is effective up to temperatures exceeding 1400°F, which is well beyond what you'd encounter during heavy braking, towing, or downhill descents. Testing on light trucks in harsh winter conditions proved their ability to provide good braking effect even in the worst wet and cold weather, making them suitable for a wide range of driving situations.

Beyond their stopping power, these pads are designed to be rotor friendly, produce minimal dust, and operate quietly. Each set includes EBC's NUCAP piston insert shims, a unique feature that helps ensure consistent performance and reduces noise.
