This Fidanza aluminum flywheel is a direct replacement for your 1975-1995 Toyota Pickup, and also fits 4Runner, Celica, and Corona models from various years. It's designed to be lighter than your stock flywheel, which helps free up some horsepower and allows for quicker acceleration. The aluminum body is made from either Billet 6061 T6 or 2024 T4 aluminum, and it features a heat-treated friction plate for good grip and a long life. You also get military-spec fasteners for reliability, and the ring gear is made of hardened 1050 steel and is replaceable.
One of the neat things about this flywheel is its lower MOI, which means it spins up faster, giving you a quicker throttle response. The friction plate is also bolted on and can be replaced separately, which is a nice touch for maintenance down the road.
