The internal Floating Piston (IFP) design separates the oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas, which helps prevent cavitation and ensures consistent damping performance. The shock body is made from aluminum, which dissipates heat more effectively than steel, keeping the shock performing optimally during extended use. This unit also features an external reservoir system that further aids in heat dissipation, crucial for maintaining performance during spirited driving or off-road excursions.
