This unit features a 50mm V-band inlet and outlet, making it a compact choice for custom exhaust fabrication. It stands at an overall height of 133mm, which is notably small for a wastegate of this capacity. Inside, you'll find a one-piece stainless steel valve and a Nomex-reinforced diaphragm, both built to withstand the harsh conditions of high-boost applications.

The body of this wastegate is investment cast from 253MA chromium-nickel stainless steel, a material chosen for its resilience in extreme heat. All the critical components, including the body, valve, and seat, are CNC machined from high-temperature stainless steel, ensuring durability and precise operation. The actuator housing is also CNC machined, this time from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, providing a strong and lightweight enclosure. This wastegate comes with a 13 PSI spring installed, but you also get a 7 PSI (inner) and a 9 PSI (middle) spring. By combining these springs, you can achieve base boost pressures ranging from 7 PSI all the way up to 29 PSI, giving you a lot of flexibility in tuning your engine's performance.
