How thick should my wheel spacers be?

That depends on your wheels and how much clearance you want. Measure from the outside edge of your tire to the fender lip. Then subtract a few millimeters for clearance. That's the spacer width you need for a flush look.

Do these spacers come with new wheel studs?

These are thinner spacers that bolt to the existing studs. You reuse your factory wheel studs to mount the spacer to the hub. Then, you use your factory lug nuts to bolt the wheel to the spacer.
