If your 2014-2016 BMW 5 Series has a failing or damaged passenger-side adaptive headlight, this Hella right-hand xenon assembly (part #011087961) is the factory-spec replacement. Built by the same company that supplies BMW's production line, it drops right in with no modifications and restores full adaptive lighting on the right side of your F10.

LCI-Specific Design

BMW revised the 5 Series headlights during the 2014 LCI (facelift) update, so these are not the same as the 2011-2013 units. If you have a 2014 or later F10 sedan, this is the assembly you need. It covers the full range of LCI models, from the efficient 528i to the 550i GT xDrive and the M5.

Adaptive Headlight (AHL) Included

The AHL swivel mechanism is built into this assembly. It connects to your F10's existing adaptive headlight module through the factory harness, so the beam will pivot into turns exactly as it did when your car was new. This is a complete, ready-to-install unit -- not a bare housing that requires transplanting internal components from your old headlight.

Getting It Installed

Plan for bumper cover removal to access the headlight mounting area. Once the old unit is out, the new Hella assembly bolts in at the same points and the electrical connectors plug directly into the factory harness. After installation, have the headlight aim checked to make sure the beam pattern is correctly aligned -- especially important with adaptive headlights.
