The 2008-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt SS came from the factory with a capable 2.0L turbocharged engine, but there's always room for improvement. This Injen intercooler piping kit is constructed from 2.50-inch mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing. Mandrel bending means the pipe maintains a consistent diameter throughout its length, which helps improve airflow compared to stock piping that might have kinks or restrictions. The aluminum construction also means these pipes won't develop rust issues like some factory setups can.

Beyond the tubing, Injen includes automotive-grade silicone couplers that offer better resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil than standard silicone.
