This kit replaces the restrictive factory upper intercooler pipes with smooth, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing.

The piping itself is made from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum, which won't rust like some factory steel pipes can. The ends are beaded to help keep the automotive-grade silicone couplers securely in place, and the kit includes stainless steel band clamps with an inner protective liner to prevent damage to the couplers. These specialized silicone couplers are built to withstand higher heat, pressure, fuel, and oil exposure compared to standard silicone, which helps prevent leaks and blowouts over time. The kit also features precision CNC machined and TIG-welded flanges for your bypass valve and sensors, ensuring a clean and secure fit. This stepped piping design uses progressively larger diameters (2.25", 2.50", and 2.75") to help optimize airflow into the intercooler and out to the turbo.

This kit is designed to work with your factory intercooler and bypass valve, as well as Injen's own performance intercooler.
