This Injen intercooler piping kit includes the cold side charge pipe, all necessary hardware for installation, automotive-grade silicone couplers, and stainless steel band clamps. It's designed to replace the factory piping on your 2015-2020 Ford F-150 with the 2.7L twin-turbo EcoBoost engine. The factory intercooler piping can become brittle over time and prone to failure, so this kit offers a more robust and performance-oriented replacement.

The heart of this kit is the oversized 3.25-inch mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum tubing. This smooth, uninterrupted path for airflow helps reduce restriction, allowing your turbocharged engine to breathe more freely. This can lead to improved throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag. The kit also features precision CNC-machined EVAP connections for a leak-free, factory-style fit, and includes a 1/8-inch NPT bung near the throttle body for adding sensors or a water-methanol injection system. The beaded tube ends are there to help keep the couplers securely in place.
