The mandrel-bent tubing maintains the original design and geometry for smooth exhaust flow, which helps with fuel economy. Magnaflow uses advanced 3D scanning during development to make sure this converter fits and functions just like the factory part.

The spun body design replicates the original equipment, and a single laser fusion weld is used to significantly reduce the chance of exhaust leaks.
