Magnaflow 07-10 Toyota Tundra 5.7L Direct Fit Converter

MagnaFlow part 5582629 is a CARB-compliant direct-fit catalytic converter for the 2007-2010 Toyota Tundra with the 5.7L V8. It is legal for sale and installation in all 50 states, including California and other CARB-regulated states.

Construction uses 16 ga. 409 stainless steel tubing with mandrel bends that replicate the factory exhaust geometry. The spun body design with a single laser fusion weld minimizes leak potential, while OE-sized barbed exhaust hangers in 410 stainless steel help reduce noise and vibration -- a detail that matters on a full-size truck where exhaust resonance can be noticeable. The 308 stainless steel MIG welds and compact, low-mass design round out the build.

MagnaFlow includes two flat ring gaskets and a Torca AccuSeal clamp in the box, so you get fresh hardware rather than fighting corroded factory pieces. The converter interchanges with Toyota OE parts including 17450-0S010, 17450-0S011, 17450-0S020, 17450-0S021, 17450-0S140, 17450-0S170, and 17450-0S200. No cutting or welding is needed. Installation is permitted only when the vehicle's Executive Order number and Engine Family Number appear in this converter's CARB Executive Order.
