This converter features free-flowing, mandrel-bent tubing and is constructed from highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel, specifically 16 gauge 409 stainless steel for the tubing and 308 stainless steel for the MIG welds. Magnaflow uses 3D scanning to ensure the part replicates the original equipment's fit and function, making installation straightforward with no cutting or welding needed. The single laser fusion weld is designed to reduce the chance of leaks, and its compact, low-mass design helps with thermal efficiency.
