Meguiars has been in the car care business since 1901, and their Ultimate Wash and Wax is one of the more popular wash-and-protect combos they make. It blends carnauba wax and synthetic polymers right into the wash solution so your paint picks up a layer of protection every time you wash.

The concentrated formula produces strong suds that lift dirt and grime away from the surface rather than grinding it across the clear coat. Because it is pH neutral, it will not strip whatever wax or sealant you already have on the car. Instead, it adds to it. That makes this a solid choice for maintenance washes between full wax sessions. The carnauba and polymer blend leaves a noticeable gloss boost after drying, not as much protection as a dedicated wax, but enough to keep the paint looking good between details.
