The 2019-2023 Ford Ranger 2.3L EcoBoost is a very capable truck, and it deserves a cooling system that can keep up. Mishimoto has developed a performance intercooler kit specifically for this truck, designed to handle the demands of the EcoBoost engine. This kit includes a robust bar-and-plate intercooler and smooth, mandrel-bent aluminum pipes, all finished in a micro-wrinkle black powder coat.

The intercooler's core is built for durability and efficiency, featuring TIG-welded cast-aluminum end tanks. Compared to the stock unit, this Mishimoto intercooler offers a 24-percent reduction in restriction, a 46-percent increase in core volume, and a 49-percent boost in fin surface area, all contributing to more effective charge air cooling. The included intercooler pipes are larger than stock and have smoother bends, which allows for up to 25-percent better flow and unlocks more power potential from your turbo. This kit has shown dyno-proven gains of 13.6 wheel horsepower and 13.9 lb-ft of torque, all while maintaining less pressure drop than the factory system.

Installation is made easier with CNC-machined quick-disconnect inlets and outlets. The kit comes complete with Mishimoto Silicone Boots featuring DuraCore™ technology and high-torque worm gear clamps to ensure a secure fit. Bungs are included on the intercooler end tank and cold-side pipe, ready to be drilled and tapped for a boost sensor or water-meth injection if you choose to add them later.
