Mishimoto 2018+ Kia Stinger GT 3.3T Performance Intercooler Kit - Silver

If you're looking to get the most out of your 2019-2025 Genesis G70 or 2018-2023 Kia Stinger GT, this Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit is a solid upgrade. The stock intercooling system can sometimes limit the potential of the 3.3T Lambda II GDI engine, especially when you start pushing more boost. Mishimoto has developed a complete replacement kit that addresses these limitations, optimizing airflow from the turbos all the way to the throttle body.

This kit swaps out the factory tube-and-fin core and plastic end tanks for a much more robust bar-and-plate intercooler. It's TIG-welded to cast aluminum end tanks, which are far better at dissipating heat. Mishimoto also expanded the core size significantly, giving you a 94-percent increase in volume and a 74-percent boost in external fin surface area for improved cooling. The aluminum piping retains the stock diameter but increases the inner diameter to 3 inches for better flow with less pressure drop. The piping merger manifold has also been updated with larger inlets and a 3-inch outlet, increasing flow right out of the turbos by 51 percent while still working with the stock recirculation valves. The piping is finished in a micro-wrinkle black powder coat for an OEM+ look, connected with 5-layer silicone couplers.

On the dyno, this kit showed notable improvements. With the stock tune, you can expect a drop of around 29 degrees F in outlet temperatures, along with gains of 8 horsepower and 8 lb-ft of torque. When paired with a Stage 1 tune and higher boost levels, the temperature drop increased to 41 degrees F, with an additional 6 horsepower and 8 lb-ft of torque gain on top of the tune. This kit includes the intercooler, piping, cast aluminum merge manifold, and all necessary couplers for a complete installation.
