This is the Mishimoto High-Mount Intercooler Kit for your 2021-2024 2.3L EcoBoost Ford Bronco. It's designed to get the coldest, densest air possible into your engine, which is crucial for performance, especially when you're pushing your Bronco on or off-road. The kit includes both a high-mount intercooler and a performance intercooler pipe kit, replacing the stock components to help your Bronco breathe better.

Mishimoto relocated the intercooler up into the grille area. This placement is smart because it keeps the intercooler getting good airflow even if you have accessories like winches, light bars, or aftermarket bumpers installed. It also offers better protection from trail obstacles. The intercooler itself features a substantial 3.1-inch thick bar-and-plate core, precision TIG welded to cast aluminum end tanks, making it very durable and resistant to heat soak. The stock plastic piping is swapped out for high-flowing aluminum pipes and silicone boots with DuraCore technology, which are built to last and handle the increased boost pressure. The larger volume of these pipes lets your 2.3L EcoBoost engine take in more air, allowing the turbo to perform at its best.

Beyond just durability, this kit offers a significant performance improvement. The intercooler core has 49-percent more volume and 93-percent more external fin surface area than the factory unit. This leads to outlet temperatures that are 21 degrees cooler than stock, and testing showed it maintained those cooler temperatures even after multiple hard runs. This kit also retains the functionality of your adaptive cruise control with a relocation bracket and doesn't affect the 360-degree cameras. It comes with all the necessary hardware for installation.
