This Mishimoto intercooler kit for your 2011 and newer Ford Ranger 3.2L diesel includes a silver bar-and-plate intercooler, wrinkle black powder-coated aluminum intercooler pipes, mounting brackets, silicone couplers, and clamps. The heart of this kit is the bar-and-plate intercooler core, precision TIG-welded to cast aluminum end tanks. This construction method provides increased durability and resistance to the heat and pressure common in diesel engines. Mishimoto has engineered this core to offer a 146% increase in volume and a 159% increase in fin surface area compared to the factory unit, which means much more efficient cooling of the intake air charge.
