This intercooler features a robust bar-and-plate core for efficient cooling and durability. The end tanks are constructed from 5mm-thick cast aluminum, engineered to promote superb airflow and reduce pressure drop. Mishimoto professionally TIG-welds these tanks to the core, creating a strong assembly capable of handling up to 100 psi of boost. For a secure connection, the inlet and outlet coupler connections are CNC-machined with ribs to ensure your piping stays firmly in place. The dual-pass coolant flow configuration is designed for maximum heat exchange efficiency in a compact package.

Mounting and plumbing are made simpler with this unit. It incorporates -16ORB coolant ports directly into the core, and Mishimoto includes a sturdy 1/8" thick steel universal mounting bracket. You can easily adapt to your chosen coolant lines using Mishimoto's selection of -16ORB aluminum fittings.
