Mishimoto is well-known for making robust cooling components for performance vehicles. To help you manage intake air temperatures in your custom build, they’ve developed this universal air-to-water intercooler. Keeping your charge air cool is critical for reducing detonation and making consistent power, especially in high-horsepower applications. This intercooler uses a dual-pass coolant flow design to efficiently transfer heat away from the intake air.

This intercooler is built to handle serious power, supporting builds up to 1500 horsepower. It features a durable bar-and-plate core and 5mm-thick cast-aluminum end tanks that are custom engineered for excellent airflow, which helps minimize pressure drop. The end tanks are TIG-welded to the core, giving it a strong tolerance for up to 100 psi of boost. For secure connections, the inlet and outlet coupler fittings are CNC-machined with ribs to ensure your plumbing grips tightly. Mishimoto also makes installation easier by including -16ORB coolant ports on the core and a sturdy 1/8-inch thick steel universal mounting bracket. You can easily adapt to your chosen coolant lines using Mishimoto's -16ORB Aluminum Fittings.
