This Mishimoto universal air-to-water intercooler kit includes the intercooler core with cast-aluminum end tanks, a universal mounting bracket made of 1/8" thick steel, and -16ORB coolant ports. It's designed to keep your engine's air intake temperatures down, which is crucial for reducing heat soak, preventing detonation, and making reliable power. Air-to-water intercooling offers a compact and efficient way to manage heat, especially in custom builds where space might be tight.

The intercooler features a durable bar-and-plate core that's built to handle the demands of high-horsepower applications, supporting builds up to 1000 horsepower. Its end tanks are cast aluminum, engineered to promote excellent airflow and minimize pressure drop. These tanks are TIG-welded to the core, giving them a strong tolerance for up to 100 psi of boost. You'll also find CNC-machined ribbed connections for the inlet and outlet couplers, which help ensure a secure grip on your piping. The intercooler is finished with a tough, micro wrinkle black powder coat for a clean look and added protection.
