High intake temps can lead to detonation and reduced engine performance, especially in demanding conditions. Mishimoto's universal air-to-water intercooler is designed to bring the compact efficiency of air-to-water cooling to your project, helping to combat heat soak and keep your engine running strong.

This single-pass intercooler features a durable bar-and-plate core that's engineered to support builds up to 500 horsepower. The end tanks are cast from aluminum, measuring 5mm thick, and are custom-shaped to promote excellent airflow while minimizing pressure drop. They're professionally TIG-welded to the core, giving this intercooler a robust pressure tolerance of up to 100 psi of boost. You'll also find unique, CNC-machined ribbed connections on the inlet and outlet pipes, which help ensure your couplers maintain a solid grip under pressure. Mishimoto includes a universal mounting bracket made from 1/8" thick steel, and -16 ORB coolant ports are built into the core, making plumbing easier with their available -16 ORB fittings.
