The cast-aluminum end tanks on this Mishimoto intercooler are 5mm thick, custom-engineered to help airflow and reduce pressure drop. This air-to-water intercooler is designed to keep your engine's intake air temperatures down, which is crucial for reducing heat soak and preventing detonation. By keeping those temperatures in check, you can expect more consistent power output from your engine, especially under demanding conditions.

This single-pass model uses a durable bar-and-plate core that's built to handle up to 100 psi of boost, thanks to professional TIG welding on the end tanks. The inlet and outlet connections are CNC-machined with ribs to ensure your couplers have a solid grip, preventing leaks. Mishimoto made it easier to integrate into your setup by including -16ORB coolant ports and a sturdy 1/8-inch thick steel universal mounting bracket. You can easily adapt to your chosen coolant lines using Mishimoto's -16ORB Aluminum Fittings.

This intercooler is finished with a sleek, micro-wrinkle black powder coat and comes with Mishimoto's Lifetime Warranty. While this unit is rated for up to 500 horsepower, Mishimoto also offers versions that support builds up to 1500 horsepower.
