This robust core, combined with 2.4-inch inlet and outlet ports, is built to support vehicles making up to 1,000 horsepower. The intercooler's one-piece, cast-aluminum end tanks are a significant upgrade over typical cut-and-weld designs, offering superior strength to reliably hold up to 60 PSI of boost pressure. Mishimoto precision TIG-welds these end tanks to the core, ensuring durability and consistent performance, even under demanding conditions.

Installation is made more straightforward thanks to three integrated mounting points, each featuring pre-threaded M6 holes that simplify fabricating custom brackets. The central support mount is designed to keep the intercooler securely in place during aggressive driving. Additionally, an integrated mount for your harness and sensors helps keep wiring neat and protected. This intercooler is finished in a sleek, durable silver powder coat, offering both a clean look and lasting protection.
