This Nitrous Express Covert Crossbar Plate System is designed for 4150 flange manifolds and includes everything you need to get started with a powerful nitrous injection setup. You'll receive a 10lb nitrous bottle equipped with the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve, which offers improved flow and a lighter weight compared to older brass valves. The system also comes with a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y fittings, braided stainless steel lines connecting the solenoid to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings for a clean and durable setup. For control, it includes a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness. Jetting is included for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower increases.

The advanced design of this system features CNC machining that eliminates traditional round spray bars. This results in excellent atomization of the nitrous and fuel mixture, leading to better cylinder distribution and more consistent power delivery. Without spray bars that can sag, rotate, or disrupt airflow, this plate technology represents a significant step forward. The integrated flow path is engineered for efficiency, featuring only one 45-degree turn to minimize restriction. Two integrated gauge ports are also built into the plate, allowing you to monitor your system's performance.

This Pro Power system is capable of supporting 100-500 horsepower increases, making it a robust option for those looking to significantly boost their engine's output.
