Nitrous Express 4150 Covert Crossbar Plate System Pro Power 100-500HP (12lb Bottle)

The CNC machined design of this Nitrous Express Covert Crossbar Plate System eliminates traditional round spray bars, which can sag, rotate, or disrupt airflow. This updated design results in excellent atomization and cylinder distribution, making it a next-generation approach to nitrous plate technology for 4150 flange manifolds. It's built to support a wide range of power increases, from 100 up to 500 horsepower, giving you significant flexibility for your engine build.

This Pro Power system comes packed with features to ensure a smooth and effective nitrous injection. It includes two integrated gauge ports for monitoring, a 5/8 siphon tube, and a large .325 orifice with an improved flow path that features only one 45-degree turn. The Lightning 45 bottle valve is a notable upgrade, designed for great looks and excellent flow, weighing nearly a pound less than older brass valves. You'll also find a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel lines connecting the solenoid to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings for durability and a clean look. For safe operation, it includes a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, and a 40-amp relay with its own harness.

This kit is designed for 4150 flange manifolds and includes jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower levels, allowing you to tune the system to your specific needs. It also includes a 15lb nitrous bottle equipped with the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve. Please note that this system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
