Nitrous Express is well-known for its performance nitrous oxide systems. This Covert Crossbar Plate System, Stage 6, is designed to add significant power to your vehicle, offering jetting for 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower increases. It's built for 4150 flange intake manifolds, making it a direct fit for many performance applications.

What sets this system apart is its CNC machined design, which replaces traditional spray bars with a more advanced flow path. This means better fuel and nitrous atomization and distribution to each cylinder, without the risk of spray bars sagging or rotating. The system includes a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y fittings, braided stainless steel lines from the solenoid to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings for a clean and durable setup. You also get a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness to get everything wired up safely. The included Lightning 45 bottle valve is designed for improved flow and a lighter weight compared to older brass valves, and it features two integrated gauge ports and a 5/8 siphon tube.

This kit comes with jetting for a wide range of power increases, allowing you to tune it to your specific needs. Please note that this system is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. It also includes a 15lb nitrous bottle with the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve.
