What sets this kit apart is its CNC machined billet crossbar design. Unlike traditional systems with round spray bars, this design eliminates them entirely. This means no more issues with spray bars sagging, rotating, or disrupting airflow, leading to much better fuel and nitrous atomization and more even distribution to each cylinder. The kit comes complete with a 5lb nitrous bottle featuring the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve. This valve is a step up from older brass designs, offering two integrated gauge ports, a 5/8 siphon tube, a large .325 orifice, and an improved flow path with fewer restrictions. It also weighs nearly a pound less than older valves.

Beyond the core components, Nitrous Express includes everything you need to get this system installed and running. You'll find a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel lines connecting the solenoids to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings for a clean look and reliable connections. It also includes a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness. The included jetting supports power increases of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower, with additional jetting available to reach up to 500 horsepower.
