This Nitrous Express kit gives you a dual-stage nitrous system designed for 4150 flange manifolds. You get a 15lb nitrous bottle equipped with the billet aluminum Lightning 45 bottle valve, which is lighter than older brass valves and features two integrated gauge ports, a 5/8 siphon tube, and a large .325 orifice for improved flow. The CNC machined billet crossbar plate itself is a key part of this system, eliminating traditional spray bars for better atomization and cylinder-to-cylinder distribution without airflow disruption.

This kit is packed with everything you need to get started, including a custom solenoid bracket, billet aluminum Y-fittings, braided stainless steel lines running from the solenoids to the plate, and nickel-plated fittings. It also comes with a wide-open throttle switch, a master arming switch, a 40 Amp relay, and the necessary relay harness. Jetting is included for multiple power levels, supporting 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 horsepower gains with the first stage, and an additional 100-500 horsepower with the second stage.
